Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from AiClass, a business run by S.A.M.K. Imayanga in Sri Lanka ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell digital ebooks (PDF files) and may offer free downloads. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Each product page describes what the book covers, its language and number of pages.

2. Your account

• Give a real name and a working email address. We use them to deliver your books and contact you about orders.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing purchased files.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and are the full amount you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• We may change prices or run discounts at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.
• For bank transfers, your order is confirmed once the money reaches our account and we have checked your slip.
• We never ask for your card number, PIN, OTP or online banking password.

4. Delivery

Ebooks are delivered digitally to My library on this website after payment is confirmed. See our Delivery policy.

5. Licence to use the ebooks

When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own use. You may not:

• share, upload or send the file to others (for example on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or file-sharing sites);
• resell, rent or give away copies;
• copy large parts of the content into your own products or courses.

All books, text, images and designs on this site belong to AiClass and are protected by the Intellectual Property Act of Sri Lanka.

6. Refunds

7. Information in our books

Our books teach how to use third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Canva. We are not connected to those companies. Their features, prices and free limits can change at any time. The books are for learning. Results depend on how you use them, and we cannot promise specific earnings or business results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
