Delivery policy

Digital delivery only

Everything we sell is a digital ebook (PDF). Nothing is shipped by post or courier, so there are no delivery charges and you can buy from anywhere.

How you receive your book

1. Place your order while logged in to your account.
2. Pay the order total.
3. When the payment is confirmed, the book appears in My library with a Download button.

How long it takes

• Bank transfer: usually within a few hours of you sending the slip during support hours (Every day, 8.00 am to 8.00 pm), and always within 24 hours.
• Free books: available to download immediately after you log in.

Downloading again

Your purchases stay in My library. You can download them again on any device by logging in, at no extra cost.

Problems with delivery

If your book is not unlocked within 24 hours of payment, or the file will not open, contact us on WhatsApp 074 281 6779 or email hello@aiclass.lk with your order number. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund under our Refund policy.
